You will find us at 4093 M-65 in Hale, in a one-story building with a covered entrance and parking behind it. Inside we have a waiting area, a conference room, and counseling rooms set up for adults, for couples and for young children.

HRSA counts roughly 45,000 people here as underserved. This practice is on track to help close the mental health gap in northern Michigan.
