We keep this site accurate and correct it when it is not. Insurance networks, fees and availability change, so anything on this site that affects a decision you are about to make is worth confirming on the phone.

Where this site links out, to a crisis service, to a community mental health authority, or to a federal data tool, those organizations run their own sites and are responsible for their own content. The links are there because the information is useful, not because there is any arrangement between us.

The words, photographs and logo on this site belong to Blooming Consultants, P.L.L.C.. The photographs are of the practice's own premises. Insurance company names appear only to state a fact about which plans are accepted, and no endorsement or partnership is implied by any of them.
